It shows Singapore at number 18 worldwide in this list, of best work life balance. Something definitely does not add up here!

Probably because number of hours worked per week is only one of the metrics involved in the general ranking.

The title makes it sound like it's the top 40 best cities but it looks to actually just be 40 big cities ranked in order.
