I think the point and the example are wrong.

Chinese companies can list on US exchanges, because 'business' is generally good for everyone.

The US would probably not allow major Chinese defence contractors to operate or list in the US.

If 'France' wants to use Twitter, fine, but China, a military and economic adversary tries to use it for propagandistic purposes, even while gaming it, they should be banned.

Literally Donald Trump, former US president is banned, while the CCP can push garbage propaganda? That makes no sense.
