How much will cost a NFT of one hectare (~ 100yards x 100yards)? Who will be in charge of maintaining that piece of land? If I pay only once, and there are cost maintaining the land (a fence, planting new trees after a fire or flood, ...), how it will be maintained in the long run? Why a NFT? Why not just a usual non-profit + a usual database? |
