Firm-ish Zinus mattress on Zinus metal foundation, best my back has felt in years after trying many super soft memory foam mattresses like Tuft & Needle and standard innerspring mattresses. For anyone with back pain I would suggest trying firmer over softer and training yourself to be a back sleeper if you’re not already |
