Wow, little bit easier. Shoot down the plane? Murder a political opponent? I won't really comment that nonsense. As for Evo Moralez incident, the head of the State and its stuff has diplomatic immunity. Even if the plane is packed with snowdens and assanges you can NOT touch it. |
