For me, it’s “ Tony Hsieh ” the late former CEO of Zappos because of the kind of remarkable work he did with his customers and employees.

Melissa Butler and Yvon Chouinard are two who stand out. There are many more, but if you're looking for people to inspire you they might do so. Both seem to be deeply considerate people and their forays into business are interesting.

Melissa Butler founded The Lip Bar while working on Wall St. Watch her TED talk.

Yvon Chouinard founded Patagonia. He's passionate about being outside and wanted to create the most ideal products for exploring nature.

Thanks for mentioning Melissa Butler and Yvon Chouinard.

I Will check out both of them and their work in an extensive way.

Sid Sybandrij from GitLab has been extremely transparent and accessible in the two years that I have worked here.

Never experienced this in any of the other organizations I worked in the last 15 years. The CEO is just another team member, and that's saying a lot.

Thanks for sharing your experience man. Sid Sijbrandij is truly a remarkable CEO that almost every aspiring entrepreneur should look up to for inspiration.
Stephen Wolfram, for his remarkable focus on the long term
Not gonna lie.

This is the first time I’m ever coming to know about Stephen Wolfram.

Will search and learn about him in the upcoming days.

Alex Karp of Palantir.
Alex Karp is such a genius. Love that guy and his work at Palantir.
I don’t know much about Alex Karp. What’s the story?
Alex Karp is the Co-founder and CEO of Palantir.

Palantir basically builds software systems to let organizations ( Primarily United States Intelligence Organizations and the US or Western Hemisphere-based multi-billion dollar gigantic business corporations ) integrate their data, decisions, and operations into one platform.

Their software also empowers entire organizations to answer complex questions quickly by bringing the right data to the people who need it.

Alex Karp is smart and tough at making decisions and staying by them.

One of Palantir’s stated goals: “becoming the default operating system across the U.S. government.”

Alex Karp has made sure to refuse to work with America’s global adversaries.
