Oh yeah, that is what you get when you submit your diagrams and invention specifications and API to a team of lawyers :) If you search the word click, it takes you to meat and potatoes but very well said. I was quite furious with the lawyers at the time but they had to navigate existing prior art and ability to defend this in future. |
