You only need to look at the many people who buy trucks with large cabs and tiny beds and then never actually use the bed for anything, similar to how there are many people who buy three-row SUVs and then just use them as 'cooler' minivans. Not everyone buys a truck for emotional reasons, of course, but there are a lot of people who buy trucks but would be better suited in every way by SUVs (except that it's not a truck), and a lot of people who buy SUVs but would be better suited in every way by minivans (except that it's a minivan). |
