I am going to make a prevision here, just on a hunch ...This will not go well for Apple. I am saying that just based on this: Their executives dared to claim in court they do not know how much the App Store is making in profit for their bottom line :-)

Is there any legal precedent for this type of request to be granted? The judge doesn’t have to like Apple, but cannot make arbitrary rulings either.
