Offering a bounty to locate a person of interest in a crime is not "vigilante justice." The police frequently employ the very same strategy. Offering a bounty is not a call to attack or harass the person in question; if you want to make that claim, you need more evidence to substantiate it. Right now there's no evidence the CEO wanted anything more than to have this person identified. |
