Personally, my employer locks down desktop PCs far more than phones, in part because desktop PCs have access to secrets like encryption keys and source code. Phones are just used for 2FA codes, email and video calls (all of which you can also do on your PC). This is not compatible with an argument that phones are more important to secure. |
