Do you have a source for that? A DDG search only shows he’s mentioned in one article of the site, which seems to have a few other domains as well.

I tried to do a whois on those domains, but it seems they’re managed by an intermediary and anonymized.

Perhaps they assume because that domain now redirects to a page that embeds one of Rossman's videos this is the case? thin evidence at best, that is simply one among many explanations for the availability of that redirection.
