Ah the wonderful legal process. I was once sued for not entering a rent agreement and in the end we settled and everyone lost money except the lawyers. The reason we settled was simply that the court added new court days for this ridiculous case of I believe about a 1000 dollars worth. The thought of having to do this for another 2 or 3 days for the next year was simply not worth it.
