People have been asking why SpaceX won't land at Starbase in Boca Chica. Simple answer, if the booster explodes it could set SpaceX back months in development. Easier and safer to test high altitude launch/recovery over the Gulf/Ocean. Tests over water have been happening for decades. GO SpaceX! GO Starship! |
