That's great to hear! We've definitely seen an increasing amount of teams separate product copy out into JSONs ("decoupling copy and code"), and we hope Ditto can help them manage that.

We don't have a standard SLA on the API at the moment, but in the past, we've negotiated and signed SLAs for enterprise teams. Happy to do so for you as well if you want to shoot an email to [e-mail]!
