What is albuterol? Why does not having it render the entire list terrible? Could you elaborate in a way that inspires useful discourse?

It's a front-line medicine used for the treatment of asthma and COPD. As your sibling comment notes, it's on the list, just under its generic name.

Albuterol is also a generic name, just that it's USAN and different from INN.
