If the police are using untraceable cash, that should tip anyone off that what they are doing certainly isn't something good, even criminal. Law enforcement always needs to be visible and held accountable to the public, never any 'exceptions'. |

Right, no wonder people are losing faith in democracy. It's commonly cited that we citizens are losing or have lost faith in our institutions.
