I think they should require vaccination for travel (and schools and many other things) but I also think it is a problematic precedent. How is limiting state power during a particular emergency situation a terrible precedent? The state can always grab more power at a later emergency, as history has shown. The difficult task is getting them to give up power once it is no longer needed for the emergency. |
