This term bothers me. Isn't every single human neuro-distinct? Everyone deviates from the average/the norm in some way.

If you mean Asperger's/autism, that's a specific thing, and I would be happy to think there's lots of them/us here.

To be honest the language bothers me as well, and despite hundreds of conversations I have not yet found the words that say all three of “we’re joined in our humanity”, “differences are valuable as we (societies) need a variety of strengths to make strong teams”, and “no one can be presumed to be anything because of a label”
