AWS support puts me into a circle of "here's the details"->"you forgot other details"->"here's other details"->"you also need details"->"those details are in my initial message" more than any other paid support I've had to deal with. They don't suck once they actually start doing something, but they do seem to have KPIs which incentivise wasting my time. |
