I have folders full. Which I never plan on executing on...because 1) I'm not techie and have no patience with trying to following some of the awful instructions which go with these no-code tools. They seem to be built as some sort of lead-gen tool, rather than actually being built to help non-techies spin up products and 2) if any of them actually took off, I'd be stuck in an operating position...and that is definitely not my wheelhouse.

I find problems by reading the newspaper. I generate a workable solution on paper and in my head and then it stays on my laptop in perpetuity. The newspaper filter makes sorting for broad applicability a non-issue. If it's in the paper, it's definitely mass-market. So then I just work from the A+/-B = C in which a is the problem, B is generally the entity having the problem and C equals the stakeholders. "C" varies a great deal because while they may be the ones having the problem, they may not be the ones willing to pay for a solution.

Interesting, what kind of phrasing do you look for in newspaper articles? I can't think of many times an article has made me think, this is a big opportunity, but I probably need to read between the lines more to get to that conclusion.
