Yes same, was pretty easy over chat. However I'd probably resubscribe if they made it easier to cancel. Sometimes I get news overload and want to cut down on publications for a bit. If I could subscribe for a few months, cancel, then resubscribe again with no hassles I'd do it (and do that for other things). Fwiw I think slack absolutely nails this and is a net positive for them in the long run. They automatically refund inactive users which means you don't need to "think" too much about adding people. I wish more companies would experiment with this kind of "honest" billing vs expending all their effort on layer upon layer of dark patterns. |
