Company B,Z or X didn't gift Netflix, they gifted a Netflix employee who then defrauded the company he worked for of its money, in exchange for these personal gifts and money. The "defrauding" part is his hierarchy not being aware of that arrangement. It's called fraud and it's illegal. It's so illegal it is a federal crime. |

Is it really just counted as fraud in the US? Here in the UK, bribery is a different offence from fraud.
