For months a farmer protest has been going on against the government. None of the farmers were social distancing or told to be careful. It also didn't help when the opposition parties started putting doubt into peoples minds by calling the vaccine a "BJP vaccine" meaning many didn't want to take it. https://m.economictimes.com/news/politics-and-nation/its-bjp...
