This is interesting, I'm used to "Acracia" (Spanish) as a synonym of Anarchy. E.g. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%81cratas

The spanish version of OP's article is not linked to it but here it is: https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acracia And presents it more or less as a synonym of Anarchy without mention of "lack of will".
