True enough. I can see how the cookie law has the intention of making the internet a better place for users, I just suspect that it's highly unlikely to do so, if what I understand about it is correct. My understanding is that it requires not only an affirmative acceptance from users of cookies, but requires that the site placing the cookie be able to prove that the user did, in fact, provide said acceptance. |
