You might have missed the third sentence of the first paragraph which contains "...while also making colors appear just as they do in natural sunlight."
Which is needed when you are trying to sleep? I'm really confused as to the use case.

I cannot speak for others but the only LEDs that have ever bothered my sleep have been indicator lights on electronics. And the manufacturers are not likely to switch as blue apparently sells better
