Good post. This is a very important exercise for those considering a new venture or are in the midst of a new venture. I have used something similar for years. For the entrepreneur, the result is not always “yes” or “no”, but can be where to improve. KPI’s are also important.

Thanks, yeah agreed on the discipline itself. You'll usually find a few errors in your plan if you take the time to think it all through.
