Refraining from packing the court is one of the very last truces still in place just barely holding the country together by a thread. I truly wonder what you suppose the marginal odds are that you or someone you love is killed in an event that your proposed action would prevent, vs the marginal odds that you or someone you love is killed as a somewhere-down-the-line butterfly effect of your trying to take that action? |
