Getting a fitness tracker was a revelation. I take an apparent eternity to fall asleep but get a few 20-30 minute deep sleep stretches adding to 3-4 hours. When drinking to get drunk, I fall asleep instantly, deep sleep is broken into 5 minute intervals and add up to 45 minutes, so I wake up unrefreshed. |
