Probably the number of times using the dark web for an assassin immediately gets people arrested? It's basically all honeypots. It doesn't make sense to generate a potential electronic trail when you can keep it all person to person, hard to prove and distant from yourself without needing to invoke the technical knowhow of not getting caught on the dark web. |
