You're at 140% and want to go a tad higher, so you go to 150% and bam: you're over the limit, the text becomes smaller, and now you need to zoom to ludicrous amounts to actually get the desired 150%. In fact, the video in his link that shows "correct" responsive design does exactly this, the text becomes larger or smaller in a seemingly random fashion as he zooms in. But to be fair to the BBC, I went to bbc.com and it doesn't seem to do that currently. |
