Doesn't matter where the most or least happened. Plenty of it happened on Parler, we know about it thanks to the leaks, and they had been warned for months before the riots even happened. Fault does not require a shareholder majority. |

You state that "Plenty" occurred on Parlor but then state the Fault does not require a shareholder majority. Which seems like a logical contradiction.
If let's say Twitter created the critical mass which allowed for a breach is Twitter no less liable?
Or if Twitter provided realtime coordination is it no less liable?
Why is it no one wants to even approach placing blame on Twitter. This simply escapes me. It is obvious Twitter was used. It has been reported to Congress by the FBI yet somehow Twitter just gets a pass.
Just for the record, I am not a big fan of either platform. But I feel like we have made Parlor some sort of scape goat so we don't have to call out Jack and friends for their negligence as well.
