Does anyone know if Google uses these folks via a "services" type contract or a "staff augmentation" contract? That is, is the data center floor 100% from one company, with someone from that company directing work? The 2 year limit suggests "staff aug", as that's a tactic to avoid them being classed as employees. If it were run like a service, there's no need to roll them off every 2 years. |
