It's not really a software company, more services and consulting. They pay very well (in Europe anyway) to get the best and most driven graduates to generate income and will work them hard. They aren't that interested in delivering quality software but more what contracts they can get in place for support and repeat business. I worked for a similar company on graduation in the UK and received excellent training, OK money, and met lots of likeminded people so I'd say it was a good start to my career. If I was purely interested in development/software I probably wouldn't have wanted to work there. |
