I’ve always been curious - what if we imposed a law disallowing owning more than 1 home. Wouldn’t this reduce demand and, in doing so, lower prices from less competition? I’m sure there’s other aspects I’m missing which make this a bad idea but there’s something that doesn’t feel right about people owning 2-3 homes while others can’t get on the property ladder. |
