Make sure the agenda includes specific desired outcomes (e.g. We will decide on the scope for release x and choose what gets dropped,) 3. Keep meetings short. Likely, you’ll only need more than 30 minutes to discuss and make a decision. If you regularly need longer than that, you probably have too many invitees. |
