With new PostgreSQL major releases (latest one is 9.0 w/ embedded replication) its getting better and better. The community rocks and there are exciting new features coming to 9.1 (i.e. synchronous replication). Full disclosure: My daily job is postgres developer/consultant and I love it :) |
