I'm on my phone. The only thing I can see when I go to your home page is a sign up page. I'm not going to sign up without seeing at least something of what this app is. Stop being so aggressive about trying to force signups. It doesn't work that way.

Agreed. At least put a “view demo” link.

Also took over the back button so I couldn’t get away.

Ok, thanks. We'll try to fix this in the upcoming release.

Thanks for the feedback!

Actually, it is possible to see the app without registration. Unregistered users can view projects: e.g.

https://daydreamer.app/gantt/Hs4vMOqqLuNSwA6c_nGWD

Account is only necessary to create or edit charts.

We don't gather emails or any other contacts during registration. You can try these credentials

login: aaa

password: aaa

Mobile version is not ready yet. It won't be much use anyway :)

90+% of potential users will encounter your site first on their phone. If you want people to use your app, even if the app only works on desktop, the home page has to work as a marketing/informational site on mobile. That's just the way the web works. Also, I'm not one of the folks downvoting your response, but I do think you need to recognize there is a lot more to getting people to use your app than just building an app.

Desktop is not that dead :) Mobile traffic share is "only" about 60%. ( https://gs.statcounter.com/platform-market-share/desktop-mob... ). Though it might be higher for HN.

Oh, I do realize that. 98% of the visitors won't be interested in the app no matter how fancy the landing page is. 2% might give it a try. 1% of the latter might find it useful.
