I've actually seen the BBB get involved and help resolve issues. The two situations I was involved with related to smaller to medium companies. It mostly seemed like they didn't realize what they were doing wasn't legal or ethical and just needed the someone official to tell them that. I don't know if it will help in this case since Tesla is huge and has an army of lawyers. At least it will affect their rating and maybe warn others. I've had a third situation that did require the AG since the BBB got nowhere. That was a larger company too. |
