I got by okay without meds as a bachelor. On non-productive days I'd leave the office at 4. On productive days I'd leave the office around 8. That way I would get 40+ hours of productive office time while still having plenty of time for myself. Marriage made that harder. Kids even more so. Meds made it so much easier to have consistent productivity. |
