Hi. I first thought this is a stupid question, but the details make it difficult to answer (I think). So mainly I would say: No, you can not sue someone over its pricing schema, except its "price gouging" or "monopolistic". But why is there a different price per Country? I would suggest that prices are lowered (or raised) depending on "market entrance" and "market competition". So in order to gain market share, the entry prices are low, even free. About "circumvent" this: Yes, probably possible.
About suing when "discontinue account": Probably there is something written in the TOS, so mostly no chance of suing. |
