Giant text file full of notes in chronological order, stored in a git repo visible to my colleagues. Not that I write about every line of code I write, but the ratio of lines of notes to lines of code is at least 5:1. I pull material from this notebook file to make entries in whatever the official documentation system is today. I leave these notes behind when I change jobs, and I'm fine with that. |
