The workaround I've found: Select the relevant line(s), but before releasing the mouse button, cmd-c (or the equivalent shortcut in your local computing environment). But yes, it's incredibly annoying. Especially for those of us with ADHD who highlight parts of text as an anchor so we can get back on-track faster if we get distracted. |
