    - 5+ years in front end and back end web development  
    - Strong understanding of SQL databases  
    - Strong understanding of functional programming  
    - Strong communication skills   
    - BONUS: Previous Elixir experience

QA Engineer:

    - Familiarity with test automation tools
    - You enjoy fixing stuff as much as you do breaking it
    - Familiarity with Postman, browser console, etc
    - Stack traces are your friends
    - BONUS: Previous Elixir experience

Support:

    - Strong familiary with SMTP, SFTP, and DNS
    - Help banks and credit unions implement our product
