Comcast doesn't care about customer name, address, or phone number... they only look at your IP address... Because the last 2 times I asked for credits, they sent it to the wrong account even if I gave them the correct name, address and phone number... once they even sent a technician to the wrong address because I was using their connection when I asked for support. |
