Depending on what type of job you do and the company you do it for, it will probably be more like everyone in your time zone. If the language of the company and yours is non-English you will often only compete against those that speaks that language. Much like today. Where I work everyone speaks good English. It is just more practical that everyone speaks Danish so Danish speakers get first priority at job interviews. English-only speakers are not excluded but danish speakers are preferred.
