Hey folks - OP here. Part of what I'm doing here is trying to illuminate VC for those on the outside. The switch to 506c means I can blog a lot more openly and answer questions. Normally you only see "we closed" announcements, not a fund in process. If you have questions or comments, I'd love to hear them. |
