On the freeway during an obvious merge situation, do you zoom up the empty lane to the end and cut in or do you patiently wait in line and try to freeze the zoomers out? I've been studying the theories http://amasci.com/amateur/traffic/links.html (or more articulately described http://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/03/magazine/03traffic-t.html), but was curious how the YC crowd approaches this problem. |
