Sorry, can you elaborate a bit more? I read his autobiography a looong time ago but I don't recall much of it. Maybe time for a reread.

Do you have an assistant who does your work for you? I'm not being facetious, but I gave you a lead...it is for you to do the follow-up...or not. I'm not the one with the problem.
